These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Maiers Precision Knox website and membership services. By creating an account or using the website you agree to these terms.

1. The service

We publish market analyses and trade signals for educational purposes. Content is organised into Freemium, Pro and Premium tiers. Higher tiers include the content of the tiers below them. Our content is not financial advice; please read our Risk Disclaimer.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure and verify your email address. Accounts are personal: you may not share your login or allow others to access paid content through your account.

3. Subscriptions and billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance at the prices shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
  • Access to a paid tier lasts until the end of the paid period. If a subscription is cancelled or not renewed, your account reverts to Freemium when the period ends.
  • We may change prices for future billing periods. Changes do not affect a period you have already paid for.
  • Refund terms, if any, will be stated at the point of purchase.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, redistribute, resell, publish or share our paid content (including signals, levels and charts) with anyone outside your account, and not to scrape, reverse-engineer or attempt to bypass access controls on the website.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the website, including text, charts, analyses, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to Maiers Precision Knox and is protected by intellectual-property laws. A subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to view content for your own use.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, including by sharing paid content, without refund for the remaining period.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified on the website or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
